Description:
The intervention consists in the construction of a residential complex in Energy Class “A”, divided into various buildings with a garage and includes the construction of pedestrian paths and the internal square serving public use. The buildings that compose it are of reduced height (3-4 floors) and are positioned on the lot according to a compositional logic that favors the urban dimension and the view on the Verga Park.
