The debate, organized by the CTBUH (Council On Tall Buildings And Urban Habitat), has been promoted by Professor Aldo Norsa and hosted by Politecnico di Milano and Università IUAV di Venezia. The International Conference has been postponed until next October when international guests will also be able to reach Milan.
In the meantime, it was preceded on June 25, at the Triennale, by the preparatory meeting-debate: “Grattacieli e Habitat Urbani – Nuovi Paradigmi“.
