The “International Guide for the Implementation of BIM Systems” is intended to offer guidelines for specific professional tasks that represent the “best practice”, which is the approach that, according to RICS, guarantees a high standard of professionalism.
The importance of the guidelines for the purposes of professionalism is also due to the fact that each member must always be updated, demonstrating an adequate knowledge of the recommendations within a reasonable time frame with respect to the entry into force.
