As of January 2026, B&B Progetti operates as a Benefit Corporation, amending its statute to include a formal commitment to pursue measurable positive impact on society and the environment. The benefit corporation status requires the preparation of an annual impact report documenting activities undertaken and results achieved with respect to stated purposes; this will be freely available for download from the dedicated section on our website.

Continuity with founding values

The decision to adopt the benefit corporation legal form formalizes responsibilities already embedded in B&B Progetti’s operational approach. The values that have guided our activities since 2009 – integrity, collaboration, client focus, and culture of improvement – are now complemented by growing awareness of our duties toward the people and environment around us.
