B&B Progetti took on a key role in this initiative as it handled the project management on behalf of the client and developed all the in-depth construction design of the executive project and the development of the As-Built documentation.

The project proved to be of particular complexity and this in view of the significant variants that became necessary during construction (structural, plant engineering and morphological variants) that had to be managed within a strict timeline for the purpose of administrative completion of the intervention.

The most significant formal element of the building, which had to be carefully studied by us, consists of the Corten cladding that characterizes, in whole or in part, several fronts of the building.

Another element of particular effort turned out to be the application of the information system prepared by the Politecnico di Milano and used in all the documentation we produced and pertaining to the Project Management procedures applied.
