LERICI BUILDING

AN INNOVATIVE ARCHITECTURE "LANDED" IN THE HISTORICAL COMPLEX OF THE UNIVERSITY POLITECNICO DI MILANO

A green facade, large windows and a systematic use of reinforced concrete constitute the essential elements of this project dropped into the historic campus of the Politecnico di Milano located in Leonardo Da Vinci Square.

The use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has enabled the fulfillment of the information requirements expressed by the Politecnico di Milano, allowing the ex ante simulation of the building to be constructed, anticipating most of the problems that would otherwise have occurred on the construction site, with great expenditure of economic resources and time.
