The intervention is to be included in the broader program of expansion of the real estate assets of the Politecnico di Milano that has been executed in recent years.

B&B Progetti took a key role in this initiative as it handled the project management on behalf of the client and developed all the in-depth construction design of the executive project and the development of the As-Built documentation.

The project proved to be of particular complexity and this in consideration of the significant variants that became necessary during construction (structural, plant engineering and morphological variants) that had to be managed within a strict timeframe for the purposes of the administrative completion of the intervention. Another element of particular commitment turned out to be the application of the information system prepared by the Politecnico di Milano and used in all the documentation we produced and pertaining to the Project Management procedures applied.
