Eng. Giampiero Brioni participated in the October 14th Camelot organized by Il Quotidiano Immobiliare, a debate focused on construction costs that brought together industry professionals to analyze challenges and opportunities in economic management for construction projects.

During his intervention, Brioni highlighted the need to move beyond the traditional “computista” model to embrace a proactive approach in cost management, emphasizing the importance of BIM integration and early information sharing among all project stakeholders.

B&B Progetti’s contribution to the debate emphasized the cultural evolution necessary in the Italian sector, where the project’s economic primacy must be considered from initial phases to ensure efficiency and cost control.
