Site Supervision
Site Supervision at B&B Progetti SB is distinguished by physical and continuous presence on site. This is not a remote control role: the Site Supervisor verifies works execution, material quality and compliance with technical specifications directly on site, intervening promptly when necessary. This role is the point of reference between client and executing contractor for all technical and economic aspects of the contract.
Cost accounting is carried out through interoperable digital tools, with 4D and 5D BIM modelling that integrates schedule management and real-time works valuation. This approach enables monitoring of variances against programme and budget, management of variations and claims with precise documentation, and traceability of every decision made during construction.
When project complexity requires it, site supervision is structured with site managers and inspectors, each with specialist expertise across disciplines. The service also includes Health and Safety Coordination during Design and Construction phases pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 81/08, integrating safety management into the overall supervision process.
