Holding a degree in Civil Engineering from Honduras and a Master’s degree in Building and Architectural Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, she gained experience working with engineering and architecture firms in both the Americas and Italy, focusing on civil works design, cost estimation and the development of preliminary and detailed design phases for public tenders across healthcare, residential and hospitality buildings. In B&B Progetti, she works as a designer, handling detailed, construction and as-built design within a BIM environment.

B&B Progetti has been awarded certification by ICMQ for its Gender Equality Management System under the UNI/PdR 125:2022 reference practice. An independent body has verified, through measurable indicators, how the firm recruits people, evaluates their work, sets pay and supports return from parental leave.
