Located on the Lombard coast of Lake Maggiore, this project aims to create a center of excellence in the field of food & beverage. The design sees H&A Associati S.r.l. of Venice as the owner of the architectural design, while B&B Progetti S.r.l. is engaged in structural and plant design, as well as cost management and construction supervision.
The project is of particular complexity and this in view of the particularity of the site and the nature of the building, which is spread over 3 levels, each of which has a different destination in terms of public offerings. To notice, the application of a particularly sophisticated information system, prepared by B&B Progetti in order to meet the stringent requirements of the client in view of the future management of the building.
