The New Code of Public Contracts (D.Lgs.18 aprile 2016, n.50) came to life after a long period of travail, during which all the criticalities due to the previous Code of Contracts that came into force almost ten years ago (D.Lgs.163/2006 c.d. Codice De Lise) emerged.
From the reading of the new code’s articles, new features emerge that, without any claim to exhaustiveness, are recalled in the article in order to provide an initial overview of the new norm.
