Tender Management
Tender Management at B&B Progetti SB supports construction contractors at two distinct but complementary stages. During the tender phase, whether traditional or design-build, tender documents are analysed, risks assessed and site setup designed, building bids that are technically robust and economically competitive. Once the contract is awarded, support continues with integrated project management through to handover.
Post-award work extends throughout the construction process: from technical and construction design to sub-contractor coordination, from site phase programming to cost and quality control. The use of BIM tools and project management software maintains control over variables that, left unmanaged, become time and budget overruns.
Value Engineering is integral to the method: each bid seeks solutions that improve the quality-to-cost ratio without compromising technical requirements or the end client’s expectations. The aim is to turn the tender from a compliance exercise into an opportunity to optimise the entire construction process.

As of January 2026, B&B Progetti has integrated into its statute the formal commitment to generate measurable positive impact on society and the environment. The transformation formalizes responsibilities already embedded in company operations, complementing founding values with an annual reporting structure for generated effects.
