The project consists of the construction of a new experimental laboratory called “Rotor Tower” for the Department of Aerospace Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano and is located on the Bovisa – La Masa Campus, part of the Milan-Bovisa educational hub.

The project presented challenges of considerable complexity, mainly due to the significant variations that occurred during the construction phase (both structural, plant engineering and morphological), which required precise management within a strict schedule for the administrative completion of the work.

Another significant challenge was the implementation of the Milan Polytechnic’s information system, used in all documentation produced by us and related to the project management procedures adopted.

THIS WORK IS PART OF THE VAST PROGRAM OF EXPANSION OF THE REAL ESTATE ASSETS OF THE UNIVERSITY POLITECNICO DI MILANO, WHICH HAS SEEN ITS CONCRETIZATION IN RECENT YEARS
