Managing Complexity: Method, Tools and Accountability

The method is founded on established tools: WBS, schedules and Earned Value techniques for continuous performance monitoring. CPI and SPI indices measure project status against planned costs and time in real time, identifying variances before they become critical. Planning is not an initial document but a dynamic process, updated as construction progresses and Client decisions evolve. Coordination between disciplines (structures, architecture, MEP and cost management) takes place in a BIM environment, reducing inconsistencies and supporting better decisions in the most sensitive phases.

Risk Management

Risk anticipation is built into the service. Every complex building project presents financial, regulatory and operational variables that, if not identified and managed promptly, translate into unforeseen costs and delays.
