The project is part of the real estate development activity of Borio Mangiarotti s.p.a., an important player in the reality of Milan.

B&B Progetti was able to refine its know-how related to project management and perfect the application of BIM with a view to data sharing and implementation of shared procedures.

he project proved to be of particular complexity, and this in view of the tight design development timelines imposed by the client, timelines that were respected by revolutionizing production logics and workflows.

Another particularly characterizing element was the need to respect the formal arrangement devised by Beretta studio,adapting it into the client’s needs arising from the respect of the budget and the planned construction schedule. Of particular interest was the application of the information system already successfully tested as part of the projects developed for the Politecnico di Milano and used in all the documentation we produced.
