This is a new multifunctional district with offices, retail space and residences set in a park of more than 16 hectares.

The project proved to be of particular complexity, and this was due to the large size of the project, the construction timeframe and the overall quality expected during construction, which had appreciable repercussions in the construction design.

Another particularly characterizing element was the need to respect the formal mood conceived by architect Mario Cucinella, which had to be dropped into the client’s needs stemming from the respect of the budget and the planned construction schedule. In this intervention, the design, developed in the BIM environment mainly on site by a team of architects and engineers experienced in building production, involved experimentation of artificial intelligence applications for the development of parametric models.
