The compact shape, orientation, and placement of openings, together with a high-performance envelope, enable the building to contain consumption to the highest standards.

Electricity is produced by the photovoltaic system, accompanied by a storage apparatus and a charging station for electric cars.

Rainwater is piped to a collection cistern that allows reuse for irrigation.
