The complex is part of the real estate development activity of Borio Mangiarotti s.p.a., a relevant player in the construction sector of the market in Milan. This professional experience, framed in a partnership relationship with the client, has allowed B&B Progetti to consolidate its experience in project management through the refinement of shared and integrated processes.

The project presented particularly complex challenges, especially because of the extremely tight timeframe dictated by the client’s needs. Of particular interest was the use of an advanced information system, tested in similar projects and now assimilated by B&B Progetti staff.
