This professional experience, framed in a partnership relationship with the client, allowed B&B Progetti to consolidate its project management expertise through the refinement of shared and integrated processes.

The project presented particularly complex challenges, especially due to the extremely tight timeframe dictated by the client’s needs. Of particular interest was the use of an advanced information system, tested in similar projects and now assimilated by B&B Progetti staff.
