The project, handled by Calzoni Architects in collaboration with FVProgetti and ESA Engineering, involves the demolition and reconstruction of an entire block to create a new courtyard complex.

This is a new residential complex with an inner courtyard, characterized by different architectural types. The base of the complex, elevated by about 1 meter, delimits the ground floor and houses volumetries that open onto an interior green space, through visual axes that promote the connection with the surrounding urban environment.
